An Immersive Magic and Music Experience
This magical and musical immersive theatrical whirlwind explores the space between life and death and invites all participants to sink into and revel in the unknown. Come along with the Director, the Spiritualist, and the Orator as we navigate the Deceased brain’s final firings. As electrical impulses continue beyond heart beats, will anyone ever truly cross over or are we stuck in the seemingly eternal dream state of increasingly infinitesimal electric impulses?
You step inside an 1890’s steam plant. A sea of large ornate chandeliers cast a warm glow over the pews in the room. The Director greets you with the guest book and some guidelines and instructions for your time at The Wake. Your evening celebrating the life of the lucky Deceased begins with a cocktail as you take in somber, beautiful music. The Spiritualist offers you comfort or answers, depending on what you seek in your time of need.
The door to the Ceremony slides back back and the sound of brooding accordion fills the bar. You are compelled towards the back room to be greeted by The Orator and The Attendant. From here the Deceased is revealed: a specially purchased ticket for one attendee per show. Not an actor but a regular person, one just like you, only they are prepared this evening to transition from this realm into the next.

The Wake is a fully immersive experience for all attendees, this ticket makes you the Belle Between Veils. The Deceased gets an experience unlike any other attendee, since the funeral is for them, including:
A complimentary drink in a commemorative glass
A funeral card for their passing
Illusions tailored just to them
And the ability to help make the magic happen throughout the show
There is no pre-arrangement, the magic all happens in real time - you will not be asked to lie or engage in any uncomfortable or embarrassing situations. While there is only one of these VIP tickets per Viewing, you can still come with a friend, date, or group - your individual experience will just be heightened (which also makes this a great gift for your immersive theater loving friend).
